With motor cars and motoring in general having played a major part of his life, it was only a matter of time before Simon got involved in the business. However, it was a long time coming and he spent 18 years of his career working for WHSmith as a Store Manager before joining Robins & Day the local Peugeot main dealer as a Sales Executive at the age of 34. Over the following 8 years Simon worked hard to fully learn every aspect of the business. He became the Sales Manager in 2013, winning awards along the way in what was a very successful time. In 2016, he took up a similar position with Land Rover, where he enjoyed working with a premium UK brand up until the point of launching Langley Prestige.

Lisa plays a crucial part in all aspects of life. Taking up the position as a Director at Langley Prestige alongside her demanding role as Wife to Simon and the Mother of their two sons Kieran and Alfie. Somehow squeezing in a part time role at the local school as well. Lisa oils the wheels of every facet of the operation from organising the diary to travelling around the country collecting or delivering cars.

Lisa has supported Simon every step along the way during the launch of Langley Prestige and is keen to help grow the business for the future.

In the late summer of 2022, Dayle joined up with Langley Prestige to coincide with the expansion of the business and relocation to new premises. With over 40 years experience in the retail motor trade, Dayle adds incredible expertise and knowledge to the team. Having worked together previously with Simon, the relationship is very healthy and both share the same values in respect of customer service and standards. He treats every customer like a lifelong friend and maintains relationships that last forever. An energetic and enthusiastic character means that there is never a dull moment when Dayle is around. When he is not busy selling cars, Dayle loves travelling with his beloved wife Joo, and they both enjoy their time away, often immersing themselves fully in the local culture.
